What is Super Zhewitra?

Super Zhewitra is a combination of two medicines prescribed to treat erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation in males. This medicine has a good reputation as it allows prolonged sexual intercourse by improving erection quality and delaying premature ejaculation.

Class and Mechanism of Action

Super Zhewitra contains Vardenafil (20 mg) and Dapoxetine (60 mg). Vardenafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor. Its PDE5 inhibiting action releases more of cGMP in the Corpus Cavernosum of a penis. An increased level of cGMP relaxes the smooth muscles of the arteries and improves blood flow. The improved blood flow helps in an effective erection. Dapoxetine is an SSRI inhibitor. It inhibits serotonin reuptake, increases its action at the postsynaptic cleft and helps prevent premature ejaculation.

Looking after your drug

Store Super Zhewitra at room temperatures not above 30⁰C and away from direct light and moisture. Keep it away from the reach of kids and pets.

How to take the medication?

Take it orally 1 hour prior to a sexual act. 

Dosage

The typical dose is one tablet (Vardenafil 20 mg plus Dapoxetine 60 mg) a day. Kindly consult your doctor for the correct dose.

Overdose

Consult your doctor right away.

Missed Dose

If it is time for your next dose, then skip the missed dose or else take it as soon as you remember. Do not double dose.

Warnings and Precautions

Do not take it with medicines containing nitrates or ‘poppers’. Do not consume alcohol. Do not use if you have serious heart, liver and renal problems, blood disorders, penile deformity or a history of priapism. Seek medical help immediately if your erection lasts for more than 4 hours.
