This medicine is for you if you want a hard erection which lasts long. If you desire to hold on to your ejaculation till just the right time, then this medicine is for you. But it will not work in the absence of a sexual stimulation.
Class and Mechanism of Action
Super Tadarise is a combination of two medicines prescribed to treat sexual dysfunction in males. It contains Tadalafil (20 mg) and Dapoxetine (60 mg). Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor. Its PDE5 inhibiting action releases more of cGMP in the Corpus Cavernosum of a penis. An increased level of cGMP relaxes the smooth muscles of the arteries and improves blood flow. The improved blood flow helps in an effective erection. Dapoxetine is an SSRI inhibitor. It inhibits serotonin reuptake, increases its action at the post-synaptic cleft and helps prevent premature ejaculation.
