Due to Covid-19 (CoronaVirus) please expect delay in processing and delivery of overseas shipments.
Normal delivery lead times are 7 – 14 days, however during busy periods, deliveries can take longer. We will be happy to reship or issue a refund for lost order under the following conditions:
1. Address provided is correct.
2. At least 60 days (normally 35 days but due to CoronaVirus there are delays) has elapsed from the original shipping date.
3. Parcel are not held in customs.
When your shipment passes through customs, shipment can be held in for 3-21 days before informing the customer
If your order has not arrive please allow additional 7 days before contacting us, your shipment might been delayed or held in customs.
Orders processed and ship within 24-48 hours if you cancel your order prior shipping we will issue a refund.
Due to the nature of the product we do not allow returns. If you are not happy with the products Please contact us and based on your specific case we will decided if to issue a refund/reship
Refund request must be within 90 days from your original purchase date. Refund request later then 90 days will not be refunded
