Malegra DXT Plus (Sildenafil 100mg + duloxetine 30mg/60mg)

What is Malegra DXT?

This medication when taken dissolves in the blood stream and helps the males to get an effective erection. It also delays the climaxing and allows them to have a good and pleasurable sex. It effectively treats impotence and premature ejaculation.

Class and Mechanism of Action

Malegra dxt is a combination of Sildenafil and Duloxetine. Sildenafil is a selective and reversible inhibitor of phosphodiesterase type 5 with specificity to cGMP. Its PDE5 inhibiting action releases more of cGMP in the Corpus Cavernosum of a penis. An increased level of cGMP relaxes the smooth muscles of the arteries and improves blood flow into the penis and causes an effective erection.

Duloxetine is a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor. It inhibits serotonin reuptake, thereby increasing its amount exponentially in the blood. It’s action at the postsynaptic cleft increases thereby preventing premature ejaculation.

How to take Malegra DXT?

Take it orally with a light meal at least 60 minutes prior to a sexual activity. The effect may last up to many hours.  

Dosage

The usual recommended dose is one pill a day. However, consult your doctor for your dose.

Overdose

Consult your doctor right away.

Missed Dose

If it is time for your next dose, then skip the missed dose or else take it as soon as you remember. Do not double dose.

Warnings and Precautions

Inform your doctor about other disease conditions you are suffering from and the medications taking. Do not take it with medicines containing nitrates. Do not consume alcohol or fatty meal to avoid interaction with the medicine. Seek immediate medical help if your erection lasts for more than 4 hours.

Heart disease, blood disorders, glaucoma, Kidney & liver diseases and allergy to the medicine

How long should you take Malegra DXT?

As long as prescribed.
