Class and Mechanism of Action

Levitra super force contains Vardenafil (20 mg) and Dapoxetine (60 mg). Vardenafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor. Its PDE5 inhibiting action releases more of cGMP in the Corpus Cavernosum of a penis. An increased level of cGMP relaxes the smooth muscles of the arteries and improves blood flow. The improved blood flow helps in an effective erection. Dapoxetine is an SSRI inhibitor. It inhibits serotonin reuptake, increases its action at the postsynaptic cleft and helps prevent premature ejaculation.

Overdose

Missed Dose

It is taken as per need. The chance of a missed dose is minimal. Still, do not overdose or double dose. Do not take more than one pill a day.

Warnings and Precautions

Do not take it with medicines containing nitrates or ‘poppers’. Do not consume alcohol. DO not use if you have serious heart, liver and renal problems, blood disorders, penile deformity or a history of priapism. Seek medical help immediately if your erection lasts for more than 4 hours.
