Class and Mechanism of Action

The pack contains Viagra (Sildenafil), Cialis (Tadalafil), and Levitra (Vardenafil). All three medications are phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor. Their PDE5 inhibiting action releases more of cGMP in the Corpus Cavernosum of a penis. An increased level of cGMP relaxes the smooth muscles of the arteries and improves blood flow. The improved blood flow helps in an effective erection.

How to take the medication?

Take Viagra 1 hour before sex, Cialis at least 30 minutes before sex and tadalafil 15 – 20 minutes before sex.

Dosage

Overdose
