More serious side effects have to be reported straight away and they include: Bone pain, joint stiffness, severe skin rash, severe diarrhea, bloody stools, loss of appetite, dark urine, jaundice, sever pain in the upper stomach, convulsions, hearing problems, ringing in the ears, blurred vision, sudden headaches, sudden numbness and weakness, depression, other changes of the mood that are extreme.
