Side Effects of Priligy (Dapoxetine)
Priligy is a well-tolerated drug with very few side effects. None of the side effects are severe in nature.
Premature ejaculation is a very frustrating problem; However increasing priligy dosage will increase the chance of experiencing
side effects.
Take Priligy exactly as directed. Do not take more than prescribed by your doctor.
If any side effects become serious (Mood changes, Feeling faint or light headed when standing up, Seizures, Fits), you should stop taking Priligy straight away and let your doctor know.
In order to decrease the risk of side effects:
Swallow Priligy with a full glass of water. Do not take Priligy if you are dehydrated or had nothing to drink for the previous 3-6 hours.
Possible side effects of Priligy (Dapoxetine)
Very common side effects (more than 10% of patients) include:
- headache
- dizzines
- nausea
- diarrhoea
Common side effects (affecting less than 10% of patients)
- bloating
- stomach pain
- anxiety or restless
- sweating
- dry mouth
- clenching teeth
- fatigue
- tremors
- weakness
- dry mouth
- stuffy nose
Less common side effects (less than 1% of patients)
- confusion
- inability to achieve orgasm
- Visual disturbances
- irregular heart rate
- Loss of sex drive
- loss of libido
- erectile dysfunction
- high blood pressure
- paranoia
- clenching teeth
- Fainting or dizziness when standing up
Very Rare side effects (less than 0.1% of patients)
- falling asleep immediately
- Fecal urgency
