Why is this medication prescribed?
Generic Zoloft (Sertraline Hydrochloride) is used to treat depression, obsessive-compulsive
disorder , panic attacks , posttraumatic stress disorder, social
anxiety disorder.
It is also used to relieve the
symptoms of premenstrual dysphoric disorder, including mood swings,

once daily, either in the morning or evening.
