dysfunction. During sexual stimulation, Erectalis20 (Generic Tadalafil) enables the penis
to fill with enough blood to cause an erection. It is
blocking an enzyme called phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE-5). This helps
the smooth muscles in the penis to relax and widen, which allows for
